Full Biography

Francisco de Santibañes is an expert in international relations. He is the author of "Argentina and the World: Steps for Successful Integration" and "When Nations Rebel: the Crisis of Liberalism and the Rise of Popular Conservatism." De Santibañes has published articles in numerous journals and think tanks. He is a global fellow of the Wilson Center and an Executive Committee member of the Argentine Council for International Relations, as well as a member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) and the network of experts of the World Economic Forum (WEF). De Santibañes holds an MA in international relations from SAIS Johns Hopkins and has pursued doctoral studies at the Department of War Studies, Kings College London.
