Noach Hacker

The Minister was born in Jerusalem, Israel and got his BA in Social Sciences and economics from Bar Ilan University, and his MA in social sciences specializing in international economic influence from the University of Haifa. He is also a graduate of the Israeli national defense college.  In the last five years, Minister Noach Hacker has served as boardmember and vice president to one of the largest telecommunication companies in Israel. Before that, Noach had various positions in the Ministry of Finance, including Deputy Director of the Budget department, where he led various reforms on the Israeli economy, orchestrating the construction of the Israeli budget and its approval in the government and Knesset, and led various economic legislations in the government. As from 2022, Minister Hacker is the representative of the Israeli ministry of finance in the US, that among other responsibilities, is in charge of high level economic relations between US and Israel. He is happily married and a father of four.
